Lisa holds extensive experience in the shipping agency, Land & Sea transport, cable laying & repair, shipping lines, offshore industries, and many other maritime industries. Before starting her own company, she previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a reputable shipping company in Indonesia. With well over 12 years of working experience in leadership roles, overseeing Strategic Business Initiatives, operational, customer relations, marketing, Corporate Business Development, Financial Planning, and operations, Lisa is a multi-disciplined and talented operator.

As the Founder & President Director of PT. Pelayaran Kencana Global (PKG), Lisa uses her considerable experience in overseeing complex and varied marine projects for a wide client base. Her background in the shipping industry ensures a thorough understanding of client requirements. Through her experiences, Lisa is driving a positive business transformation to further develop PKG’s services value-added proposition by strengthening its operational efficiency and commercial offerings globally. Lisa is customer-focused and endeavors to promote good partnerships to foster growth for both PKG and our clients.
